Guilty of:
– Forgetting to breathe
– Feeling sorry for myself
– Not remembering the good things I have
– Concentrating on what I’m lacking
– Wanting to be on the couch all day
– Scrolling on social media to avoid everything around me
– Giving all the advice and forgetting to listen to it
– Concentrating on other people instead on me
But I’m also very good at bouncing back, I know this feelings are temporary, I see them acknowledge them and try to see where they came from and see if there is something I need to work on specifically.
I am not perfect! And I’m more than ok with that. You know why? Because I love myself with all my “incomplete”!!
I’m not waiting for the perfect time to feel happy and good, the perfect job, your house clean and organize, your laundry done, the perfect partner, my dog to be fully trained, my body to be where I think it needs to be… I am feeling good every time I can, and eventually things will come, you’ll complete a task and move to the next.
You are full of incomplete things on your to be list and that is how you’ll always be! Progress over perfection!
