Healing Hurts

Healing Hurts

As we are taking about all the areas in your life that we need to be conscious about, TIME is something worth mentioning. Everything in life takes time, and I’m one of the most impatient humans on earth, and learning this is something I’m still doing, and struggle a lot!

And also, you are going to hurt in the process of evolving, and that is OK.

Is not easy to recognize that you were so consumed on making other people happy that you don’t know what makes you happy… Is not east to adjust your body posture after years of having bad posture… Your muscles will hurt when you move them… Letting go of relationships that don’t align with who you are anymore sucks… Hurting is part of life, and time is the only thing that will help you heal!

Is not an easy thing to be ok with, and is the reason why most people don’t want to change. IT SUCKS! 🤷🏻‍♀️ And trusting our own gut is not done often! Plus, some think change is going to be worse than it already is, so if I’m surviving here, why bother?

And that is when positivity and self-care come into place, and nurturing the other primary foods I mention in my last post… Yes is going to hurt for a little while, but once you are on the other side, once you have become who you needed to become, there is nothing but rainbows and baby bunnies (or whatever makes you smile)

Concentrate on the positive things you have in your life and write them down every day. When you are feeling down, listen to that song you know will make you move, go for a walk, or call that friend that always makes you laugh! Take a long shower.. and this are some the things you can do for FREE!

It is ok to be uncomfortable while changing … is it ok not to change cause you don’t know what’s coming? What if you settle and you miss that one dream you always wanted? It is worth staying here when you can have nothing but good days in the future?

Questions that you can ask yourself if you resonate with this … I’m currently working on my changes and even though I bruised some days more than others… the days without pain are coming by more often!
